(excerpt from PlasterCaster.com)PLASTER CASTER is an intimate portrait of legendary artist and groupie, Cynthia Plaster Caster — famous for plaster casting the penises of rock stars, including, most notoriously, Jimi Hendrix. The film explores how Cynthia developed her unique pursuit, follows the ups and downs of casting sessions with a shy guitarist and an extroverted glam rocker, and goes along for the ride as Cynthia prepares for her first gallery show in New York City. Featuring candid interviews with "castees," candidates, and commentators — Noel Redding (The Jimi Hendrix Experience), Jello Biafra (The Dead Kennedys), Eric Burdon (The Animals), Pete Shelley (The Buzzcocks), Jon Langford (Mekons), Wayne Kramer (MC-5), Paul Barker (Ministry), as well as author Camille Paglia and artist Ed Paschke — PLASTER CASTER goes beyond the mythology and asks the question, "is it really art?" Elvis Presley is depicted on a bright yellow background in a "pop-art" style and pictured in a suit holding his acoustic guitar; it is enjoyable to imagine that he ministers a prophetical image immersed with fans in his real-life drama exposing occult-like charisma with "(You're The) Devil in Disguise." It became a UK number one single and was certified gold for sales in excess of 500,000 units in the United States. The song was debuted to a British audience on the BBC television show. "(You're The) Devil in Disguise" and the flipside "Please Don't Drag That String Around" was released on vinyl in 1963 as singles and as soundtrack album bonus tracks.Photobucket

Catanic Panic came forth from obscurity out of the "You Tube" generation in 2006. The band came to light with their debut release in 2007 called "Never Look Up". It was originally designed that Catanic Panic be billed as a solo artist - Alexis Pena (Goco) playing a dual role somewhat like a circus act attributed as something "far out" or basking out of the "norm". In 2008 the band consisted of 3 members: Alexis Pena (Goco) as "Catanic", and as himself. Also including Dak Eyece on selected instruments and production credits, and Kevin Macleod - musical composer.Photobucket

Walter Pidgeon aka "Dr. Morbius" redeemd this assumed name "Morbius" after the character "Dr. Edward Morbius" from the 1956 Sci-Fi Cult Classic film "Forbidden Planet". The "audience pleasing" film score added much character to the film and the other exhibition of films Walter Pidgeon starred in. His films are definately underrated and misjudged as "cookie cut" from the "Michael John Pollack, Jr." Era but undoubtedly not. Walter Pidegon was an original and pioneer in his own right.
